By shopping with us at Preview&District you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product information including images and information is provided to us by our suppliers. We take great care in ensuring the information provided online is as accurate as possible, but will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions to any information provided.

PRICING

All prices indicated in our online store are in NZ dollars, and are inclusive of New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%.

We reserve the right to modify our prices at any moment, but this will be indicated to you on your order at the time of order placement. Very infrequently an obviously incorrect price may appear in-store or on our website due to human or technical error. If this affects an item you have ordered, you will be contacted by a member of our team, your order will be cancelled, and the payment refunded to you, even if it has been initially validated.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Occasionally stock errors may occur as a result of human or technical error. Please see Shipping & Delivery for more information.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once you have placed an order with us, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. If you have serious concerns regarding the fulfilment of your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 09 238 9345 or email online@preview.co.nz.

WARRANTEES AND GUARANTEES

Preview&District is a New Zealand company, which means you are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Law.

The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 – This act sets minimum standard requirements for all items sold within our physical and online stores. If an item we have sold is deemed genuinely faulty, we will meet our obligations as outlined in this act.

The Fair Trading Act 1986 – This act is designed to protect you from being misled due to intentional false advertising.

If you believe an item you have purchased has not met these standards, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy which outlines how we will process a replacement or refund. If you have any concerns not addressed here, please feel free to contact us – we are always ready to help!

PRIVACY POLICY & REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

By shopping with us at Preview&District, you are agreeing to our privacy policy. This policy is in place to protect your information, as we highly value the privacy of our customers.

Any personal information you share is done so in confidence that it will never be shared with any third party or advertising company.

To use some of the services made available on our website we require you to register. The information we request is considered essential for the processing and delivery of your orders. Failure to provide all, accurate, and current information will result in the cancellation of your order. We reserve the right to change these requirements at any time if we deem necessary.

By registering, you acknowledge that your account password should be unique and kept secure by you. We ask that you please do not share your online login details with anyone. You must contact us immediately if you believe your account has be used without your authorization at any time. The Preview&District Team will never ask you for your password.

Preview&District uses SSL, does not store credit card details, and all payments are handled by a secure PCI compliant third party.
